Abstract
결론
저자는 연세대학교병원 소아치과에 내원한 환아 중에 외상으로 인한 미성숙 치아의 치근
파절시의 치유로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
1. 미성숙치아의 치근 파절시 임상검사 및 방사선 검사를 통한 아탈구와의 감별 진단이 치
료 및 예후 판단에 중요하다
2. 미성숙치아의 치근 파절시 치수 생활력 유지여부가 예후에 중요하다.
3. 미성숙치아의 치근 파절시 감염이 되지 않은 경우에 경조직으로 치유되는 경우가 많다.
4. 본 증례의 경우 임상적으로 양호한 결과를 얻었다.

During the eruption of permanent teeth. Traumatic root fractures in young permanent
incisors are rare. They occur most commonly in the maxillary central incisors of male
patients and are frequently seen in the coronal third of the root. Permanent incisors are
very important in terms of esthetics as well as of function, and so conservative better
result. Location of the fracture line determines the Prognosis. No clinical change were
seen in this three case. A case of central incisor with apparent healing of a root
fracture without any treatment is presented in this paper. Long term clinical observation
is required periodically.
